We want you to be fully satisfied with your purchase. If you are not, you can return items within 14 days of receipt for a full refund, as per the UK Consumer Contracts Regulations. Items must be unused, in their original packaging, and in a resalable condition.

Refund Process:

2. Once the return is approved, send the item back to us. Customers are responsible for return postage costs unless the item is faulty or incorrect.
3. We will process your refund within 14 days of receiving the returned item.

For faulty or damaged items, please contact us immediately, and we will arrange for a replacement or full refund, including postage costs. This does not affect your statutory rights.
